In accordance with the terms and conditions of the One-Year Limited Warranty, Pinnacle Communities certifies that the warranted features will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship.
We provide three (3) service requests during the one (1) year limited warranty period. Service request forms will be submitted at thirty (30) days, four (4) months, and eleven (11) months after your close of escrow. These forms can be found in your Homeowner's Manual or can be accessed here on our web site. Please note that NO service requests will be accepted in the field or in formats other than Pinnacle Communities' claim form.
